The Delahaye 135 MS 800.501 Coupé entered the JWA Classic collection in late winter 2010.
She was then painted in red and white.
But we knew that these were not its original colors.
The workshop sheet of the coachbuilder Henri Chapron indicated two colors: Ford Blue for the body and Red for the lower part of the wings.
So it should look like this:

We considered repainting it in its previous colors, i.e. as it was in 1992 at the Tour de France Automobile:

In the end we decided to go with a light metallic gray color that was consistent with a color of the time and with the color of Peter Mullin’s other Delahaye 145.
