The clutch release bearing is traditionally made of graphite on the Delahaye 135.
This one has a particular shape in order to adapt to the tilting movement of the mechanism.

It is therefore important to mount it in the right direction. On the picture above, the mount needs to be turned a quarter turn. But in this position, you can see the shape of the stop.
In the case of the Delahaye 135M Cabriolet by Chapron, the clutch support was slightly too big. So we had a spacer made to adapt the support to the part.
