In 2018, we got the Delahaye 135MS “cabriolet Vedette” by Chapron back in very bad condition.

The chassis was stripped and we took it to a professional to refurbish it. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the last coat of paint. We found this out after the engine and all mechanical parts were reassembled. Now we have to remove everything (mechanics and body) to redo the last coat of paint. The good news is that the current paint can be removed with a simple rag and a few drops of gasoline…
We hope that the work will start soon. For now, the Delahaye is still like this:
