Special Soft Auction for the Rochet-Schneider 26-Six
As you know, we have decided to put our 1930 Rochet-Schneider 26-Six up for sale.
This unusual vehicle, both in terms of its history and the quality of its manufacture, had to be given special treatment until its sale, which will begin as planned next week.
The starting price has been set at €165,000.
If no buyer comes forward after 14 days, the starting price will be lowered to €160,000.
This price will be lowered gradually, until a buyer makes an offer.
Other participants in the sale will then have 3 days to re-bid upwards.

Rochet-Schneider, at the beginning of the last century, was one of the 10 biggest manufacturers in the world and was particularly well known for the quality of its production. The 26-Six model was the most successful of the brand and among the most expensive at the 1929 Paris show but, due to the economic crisis, very few models were built.
The Rochet-Schneider 26-Six is, to our knowledge, the only Limousine built by the brand and one of the very last – if not the last – touring car to come out of the Rochet-Schneider factories, in a word: EXCEPTIONAL.
