January 2023: it has been six years since the Delahaye 135 “Vedette” entered the JWA Classic collection. Its restoration is now well advanced and 2023 will be a decisive year.

We visit last Saturday morning Mathieu Bois, coachbuilder. Mathieu started to adjust the rods that run along each side of the body from the hood to the rear wing.
The continuity of the movement must be perfectly curved and integrate the door handle which is therefore invisible. This is a detail that is rarely found on this model (or other).
It is a great challenge for Mathieu to whom we say “see you next week”.
